Hi, I’m Pascal Langdale
I am a classically trained actor, voice artist, teacher, writer, speaker, nonverbal communication specialist and consultant hypnotist - a rare multihyphenate amongst both hypnotists and coaches.
When I work with my clients, I truly immerse myself in their experiences. I make it my mission to step into your shoes, understanding your thoughts and beliefs without judgment, and instead embracing our shared humanity. My methods are deeply influenced by my personal and professional adventures—whether I’m refining practical acting techniques that unite mind and body or weaving the art of storytelling into each session. I’ve always been driven by an insatiable curiosity and the power of genuine connection, which has also led me to explore unexpected paths in business development, construction, and nonfiction writing.
While I practice directive hypnotism—relying on the transformative power of words—I also bring my storytelling skills into play drawing on my experience as father of older children and teens. Every conversation, every suggestion, is an opportunity to connect, heal, and inspire.
My journey began in the world of dance; at 17 I was a professional dancer that pivoted to a passion for acting that led me to earn a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 1996. Today, I’m proud to be a certified hypnotist by the National Guild of Hypnotists, trained by Luke Chao, of The Morpheus Clinic for Hypnosis, where I still work part time. Here I have the unusual fortune of working in a long established downtown practice benefiting from the experience of a veteran mentor.
My view of the world is a beautiful fusion of art and science. I cherish the observable truths of life, celebrate the magic of our existence, and believe in the transcendent beauty of art, all while seeking a virtuous life. I lean toward Jungian ideas over Freudian, and I’ve long been fascinated by the timeless wisdom found in Sufism and biblical stories—appreciating them for the insights they offer rather than from a place of strict religiosity.
When I’m not coaching or guiding a session, you can find me enjoying the simple pleasures of solo camping, dancing to my favorite tunes, or getting lost in a great podcast on human behavior — often surrounded by the warmth, laughter and occasional chaos of my blended family.
My Approach
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Dream it
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.
Build it
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
